An Approval Workflow
Approval Workflows enforce a review of submitted records at the form level. Approvers with the required FormSpace permission review each submission and either approve it or send it back to the field user with requested changes. A record that passes review shows the Completion Result "Approved". is a process that enforces a review of submitted data records. You set this up at the form level. Approvers must review each data record and either approve it or request changes. This topic describes the Approval Workflow process.
