Add Security Contacts

Who are Security Contacts?

Security contacts are people in your company who you want us to contact in case of an issue related to security and compliance. In the event that we need to communicate with you quickly, we’ll send an email to your Security Contacts.

What’s the difference between a Security Contact and a Problem Contact?

Problem Contacts are notified automatically by the system when the server fails to process a Form Submission. Security Contacts are only notified in the event of an issue related to security and compliance.
