With the Transfer to Myself feature, mobile users can submit incomplete TrueContext Teamwork
TrueContext Teamwork is an Enterprise tier feature that enables mobile users to transfer incomplete forms for other users to complete as part of a multi-user workflow. This can be useful for jobs that require someone else's expertise or that span multiple shifts.-enabled forms while keeping the record assigned to them. To do this, they transfer the form and select the option Myself. This sends a copy of the ongoing work to the server, making it available on any of the user’s other devices. How Transfer to Myself works
When mobile users partially complete a TrueContext Teamwork-enabled form, they can

transfer it directly to another user, or
-
make it available for other users to pick up.
With Transfer to Myself, mobile users can select the option Myself to keep the incomplete form assigned to themselves. This:

Sends a copy of the incomplete record to the server.

Triggers Data Destinations set to execute for incomplete records.

Dispatches the incomplete form as a new Inbox item.
Mobile users can then open the incomplete form on a different device and continue working on it.
Note:Once the user opens the incomplete form on a device, they must transfer it again to make it available on other devices.

Benefits for Field technicians
Work on more than one device. Field technicians can start to capture data on a phone. Then, they can transfer the form and select Myself to keep the job assigned to them. Finally, they can open the form and finish the job on a tablet or desktop.
Benefits for supervisors

Monitor in-progress work. When technicians transfer a form, the app sends a copy of the incomplete record to the TrueContext server. Depending on your setup, this can trigger Data Destinations
A Data Destination specifies where to send data from a submitted form. You can use Data Destinations to automate data sharing and storage, routing data to a specific service (such as email or cloud storage) in several different formats. to send data to your third-party systems.Info:Supervisors can access in-progress work from the Web Portal.
